Sprint Distance
The Sprint Distance at Challenge Barcelona Triathlon is open to all Age Group (AG) athletes, starting from 16 years old. This distance will take place on Sunday, 26 October 2025.
The swim segment (1 lap) gives you the chance to swim at Mar Bella beach, sheltered by breakwaters and protected from rough seas, with panoramic views of Barcelona’s coastline featuring the Olympic Port and the Forum Park as key landmarks.
The bike course (3 laps) runs along the wide avenues near the sea — a flat and fast route that offers views of some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, such as the Sagrada Família.
The run segment (1 lap) takes you along Barcelona’s seafront promenade, offering beautiful views of the Twin Towers, the golden fish sculpture, and the W Hotel. All along the course, you’ll feel the warmth and energy of the enthusiastic crowds.
